Job Type: Full-Time
- Assist the Lead Teacher with daily infant care routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and sanitized classroom environment.
- Support age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities.
- Observe and respond to infants’ needs, cues, and developmental progress.
- Ensure consistent supervision and a nurturing atmosphere throughout the day.
- Assist with preparing materials and organizing the classroom.
- Follow all health, safety, and childcare regulations.
- Communicate effectively with teachers and staff.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with infants or in a childcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of basic infant care and development.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Patient, reliable, and attentive to children’s needs.
- Experience in an infant classroom or daycare setting.
- Understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving.
- Ability to maintain consistent routines and a calm environment.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
