- Welcome families, visitors, and prospective families with exceptional customer service.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with daily office communications.
- Support enrollment, scheduling, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized child and staff records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with center events, tours, and family communications.
- Provide classroom support throughout the center as needed.
- Assist teachers with classroom routines, learning activities, and transitions.
- Help maintain safe, clean, and organized classrooms.
- Support children's daily routines while creating a positive and engaging environment.
- Prepare classroom materials and assist with center-wide projects.
- Provide classroom coverage to help maintain licensing ratios and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with leadership and teaching staff to support the overall success of the center.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in childcare, customer service, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working in both an office setting and classroom environment.
- Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
- Passion for supporting children, families, and fellow team members.
- Experience in an early childhood education or childcare setting.
- Experience with office administration, scheduling, or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
